The bowl is hand-built very rustic, earthy and perfectly imperfect for an organic feel. The exterior is rubbed in brown oxide and fired to over 2100 degrees for 8 hours for permanency and glazed in clear non-toxic food safe glaze on the interior. The stoneware clay is light sand buff color with speckling. Handwashing is recommended for your one of a kind work of art.
